Responsabilidades
Analyze business and technical requirements to design effective tech solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Support the development, testing, rollout, and maintenance of systems and software.
Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation and training materials.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on industry trends.
Requisitos
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience as a Tech Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
Solid understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and databases.
Proficiency with tools like SQL, Excel, JIRA, and documentation platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
