SketchUp Specialist (Proficient in Layouts)

We are seeking a highly skilled SketchUp Specialist with advanced proficiency in SketchUp LayOut to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and technical documentation, with the ability to turn conceptual designs into precise and professional presentation and construction documents.

Develop high-quality 3D models using SketchUp based on architectural or design briefs.

Create detailed 2D drawings, construction documents, and presentation layouts using SketchUp LayOut.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure accuracy and design intent.

Manage and maintain organized SketchUp files, templates, and libraries.

Optimize models for performance and clarity in presentations.

Proven experience in SketchUp with strong emphasis on LayOut.

Portfolio showcasing technical documentation and presentation work created in LayOut.

Strong attention to detail and visual composition.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

2+ years of professional experience in design or drafting roles.

Upper intermediate or Advanced english level.
