Lead and supervise a skilled team of drafters, enabling them to deliver exceptional results.

Oversee projects from their inception to completion, maintaining an unwavering focus on detail and quality across all phases: SD, DD, CD.

Exhibit autonomy in decision-making and adept problem-solving to drive projects forward.

Ensure project deadlines are met with precision.

Forge close collaborations with cross-functional teams, streamlining project processes.

Accurately comprehend and apply USA building codes.

A history of successfully managing teams and delivering architectural projects on time and within budget.

+5 years of experience as an architect.

At least two years of work experience in the US.

Three or more years of experience as a project manager or coordinator.

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

A hawk-like eye for detail.

An advanced command of the English language.
