Responsabilidades
Harness reliable recruiting and selection techniques to conduct comprehensive candidate interviews within set timeframes.
Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, soft skills, experience, and qualifications to pinpoint the best fit for available positions.
Foster strong candidate relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the selection journey.
Collaborate with the team to select candidates that closely align with client expectations and organizational needs.
Requisitos
At least 1 year of documented experience as a recruiter.
Proficiency in conducting various interview types for a thorough candidate assessment.
A tech-savvy mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (essential).
A self-motivated, results-driven approach.
A Great Plus:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
