We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a strong background in delivering high-quality design and construction projects in the Middle East. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of regional design codes, climate-responsive architecture, and cultural context.
Responsabilidades
Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through to construction.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and local authorities.
Produce and oversee high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
Ensure designs comply with local regulations, zoning codes, and client requirements.
Supervise site activities and coordinate with contractors during construction phases.
Requisitos
Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2–3 years in the Middle East (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.).
Proven experience with large-scale commercial, hospitality, or residential projects.
Strong knowledge of regional architectural styles, building codes, and permitting processes.
Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
LEED or WELL certification is a plus.
English proficiency is a must. Arabic is a great plus.
