Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership to nurture a culture of perpetual enhancement in design, project delivery, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and business development.
Spearhead and supervise the QA/QC process to minimize errors, reduce project risk, and preserve profitability.
Keep abreast of building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
Ensure design solutions align with codes, secure approvals, and liaise with relevant authorities.
Engage in project meetings, contribute to presentations, and oversee architectural design.
Lead large project teams, coordinate documentation, and uphold project integrity.
Offer technical guidance and innovative resolutions for intricate challenges.
Confirm that design concepts are both feasible and within budget.
Participate in the development of project schedules and resource allocation.
Conduct product research and formulate specifications.
Requirements
A degree in Architecture.
A professional history spanning 10-15 years.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max/Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Expertise in technical specification writing (CSI format).
A strong grasp of building codes and accessibility requirements.
Familiarity with building systems, construction methods, and structures.
A demonstrated capability to lead intricate design projects.
Exceptional analytical skills and a talent for creative problem-solving.
A Great Plus:
Possession of architectural licensure or registration.
Pursuit of certifications such as LEED, Fitwel, RELI, WELL Building Standard, or similar qualifications.
