You’ll be responsible for designing, drafting, and managing home-building projects from concept to completion, ensuring full code compliance and outstanding client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Develop designs and construction documents for single- and multi-family homes.
Draft detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction details using AutoCAD.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure plans comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and energy standards.
Support permitting processes, modify plans based on feedback, and conduct site visits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
7+ years of experience in residential architecture or home building.
High proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D; U.S. project experience required.
Knowledge of residential construction, codes, and standards.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with other tools like SketchUp or Revit is a plus.
